This is not an eviction notice, it is a 10 days' notice
regarding rent arrears on your premises. At the moment your rent is behind by
two thousand pounds and it is a breach of the Residential Tenancies Act and our
Tenancy Agreement.
The payment in the amount of two thousand pounds must be
paid within next 10 working days. We request that the outstanding balance be
paid in full in the next 10 (ten) days; otherwise we will apply to the court
for you to pay all the rent owed and to end your tenancy.
